This policy details all active, ongoing, and historical promotional pricing, coupon codes, and introductory discounts offered by Sheernox and its HostBlizzard hosting brand. Promotional discounts on recurring services apply to your initial billing term and renew automatically at standard regular rates; project discounts apply to the base project fee. Discounts cannot be stacked unless specifically stated. Each active promotional offer is detailed in its own dedicated section below.
These Promotional Terms and Conditions ("Promotional Terms") constitute an official operational schedule incorporated into and governed by the Master Terms and Conditions of Sheernox Technology Group, a sole proprietorship registered in the Province of British Columbia, Canada (Registration Number: FM0707819, Business Number: 732754924BC0001, Original Registration Date: October 29, 2009), having its registered office at 1-1885 Grasslands Blvd, Kamloops, BC, V2B 0B8, Canada ("Sheernox", "we", "us", or "our").
These Promotional Terms govern any discount, introductory price reduction, promotional coupon code, complimentary domain offering, service credit, or special commercial package made available to clients ("Client", "Customer", "you") through our official website, client portal (my.sheernox.com), marketing campaigns, or direct sales channels. In the event of an express conflict between these Promotional Terms and our general Terms and Conditions of Service regarding promotional pricing and eligibility, these Promotional Terms take precedence with respect to the specific promotional offering.
1.0 Master Promotional Terms & General Rules
The general provisions set forth in this Section 1.0 apply universally to all promotional offerings, discounts, and special pricing published or extended by Sheernox, except where a specific sub-promotion schedule explicitly provides otherwise in writing.
1.1 Non-Stacking & Exclusivity of Discounts
Unless expressly authorized in writing by Sheernox, promotional offers, automated checkout discounts, and promotional voucher codes cannot be combined, stacked, or aggregated with any other promotion, affiliate incentive, volume discount, agency pricing tier, or enterprise contract concession. If an order qualifies for more than one automated or manual promotion, our billing automation will apply only the single promotion yielding the highest nominal savings to the customer.
1.2 Introductory Term Scope & Automatic Renewal Disclosures
All promotional pricing, percentage discounts, and introductory credits apply strictly and exclusively to the initial contracted billing cycle or promotional period specified in the service order (e.g., the first month of a monthly plan or the first year of an annual plan).
Automatic Renewal at Standard Prevailing Rates: Upon the expiration of the initial promotional billing cycle, all contracted services automatically renew at Sheernox's standard, non-promotional recurring rate in effect at the time of renewal. All figures are billed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable federal Goods and Services Tax (GST, 5%) and British Columbia Provincial Sales Tax (PST, 7%). Clients may cancel automatic renewal by providing at least fourteen (14) days' advance written notice before the end of the current billing cycle through the client management portal at my.sheernox.com, in accordance with Sections 3.2 and 3.5 of our Master Terms.
1.3 Plan Modifications, Upgrades, Downgrades & Forfeiture
Promotional rates are calculated based on the specific hosting plan, resource tier, and billing cycle selected at the time of initial checkout. If a client upgrades, downgrades, modifies billing cadences (e.g., switching from annual to monthly), or transfers the service to another user account mid-cycle during a promotional period:
- Immediate Forfeiture: The remaining balance of any promotional discount or credit is immediately and irrevocably forfeited.
- Standard Rate Recalculation: Billed charges for the modified service are recalculated based on Sheernox's standard prevailing non-promotional recurring rate, pro-rated for the remaining duration of the billing cycle.
- No Cash Value: Forfeited promotional credits or discounts possess zero cash surrender value and cannot be refunded, transferred, or credited to subsequent invoices.
1.4 Account Integrity, Multiple Orders & Anti-Fraud Controls
Sheernox maintains a zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent activities and manipulation designed to circumvent promotional rules. Unless a specific promotion explicitly states a per-customer limit, clients in good standing may place multiple eligible orders during an open promotional window.
However, the creation of fictitious, duplicate, or secondary accounts by the same individual or entity, using temporary email providers, falsifying registrant details, or coordinating abusive purchasing rings constitutes a material breach of our Acceptable Use Policy. Sheernox reserves the unilateral right to audit transactions, void fraudulent orders, cancel active services without notice, and retroactively invoice the account for full standard non-promotional service fees.
1.5 Cancellation & Money-Back Guarantee Interplay
Where a promotional hosting service is cancelled within its refund window under Section 9.6 of our Master Terms:
- Net Amount Paid: Any approved refund shall be strictly limited to the actual net discounted amount paid by the customer for the affected hosting service.
- Non-Refundable Items: The non-refundable items listed in Section 9.5 of our Master Terms, together with dedicated IP addresses, custom software setup charges, and domain transfer fees, are strictly non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund amount. Complimentary domains are subject to the clawback in Section 5.0.
1.6 Discontinuation, Amendment & Modification Rights
Sheernox reserves the right to terminate, amend, withdraw, or modify any promotional offering, discount tier, or promotional schedule at any time. Any amendment or termination shall take effect immediately upon publication on this page, but will not affect subscriptions already purchased and paid for prior to the amendment for the duration of that paid initial billing cycle, or the discounted base project fee of any Statement of Work executed prior to the amendment.
2.0 Active Promotion: 30% Off First Billing Cycle Hosting
Receive an automated 30% discount off your first billing cycle on any new Monthly or Annual subscription for Shared, Reseller, WordPress, Business, or Email Hosting. The discount applies automatically at checkout with no coupon code required, and is available for unlimited eligible orders by new, returning, and active customers.

The discount applies automatically at checkout with no coupon code required, is available for unlimited eligible orders by new, returning, and active customers, and runs until withdrawn. After the first month or first year, the plan renews at the regular HostBlizzard rate.

HostBlizzard services are provided by Sheernox and are governed by our Terms and Conditions of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and these Promotional Terms. The discount appears automatically on your quote and Statement of Work with no coupon code required. It covers the original project fee only; change orders, add-ons, hosting, domains, and care plans are billed at standard rates.
The specific terms and operational conditions governing the 25% Off Web Design & Development Packages Promotion (Offer Reference: PROMO-WEB-25) are set forth below. Except as modified here, web design and development engagements remain governed by our Web Design & Development Terms.

Twenty-seven eligible top-level domains are supported, including .ca and .com. The domain renews at the regular rate after the first year. You retain complete ownership of the domain; however, if hosting is cancelled within its refund window under Section 9.6 of our Master Terms, the registry registration fee is deducted from your refund.
The terms set forth in this Section 5.0 govern the complimentary domain name included with qualifying Sheernox Shared Hosting plans (Offer Reference: PROMO-DOMAIN-FREE).

7.0 Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Inquiries
These Promotional Terms are governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
7.1 Forum Selection & Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, controversy, or question arising out of or relating to these Promotional Terms, their interpretation, breach, or enforcement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of British Columbia sitting in the City of Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada. The parties may, by mutual written agreement, instead refer a dispute to final and binding arbitration administered by the Vancouver International Arbitration Centre (VanIAC) pursuant to its applicable rules, or under the British Columbia Arbitration Act, SBC 2020, c. 2. Small claims debt recovery or commercial restitution matters may be brought before the Small Claims Court of British Columbia (Kamloops Registry).
7.2 Electronic Communications & CASL Compliance
By participating in any Sheernox promotion, creating an account, or redeeming promotional pricing, you consent to receive essential commercial electronic messages relating to your service order, billing statements, renewal reminders, and service notifications pursuant to Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL, S.C. 2010, c. 23). Marketing communications may be unsubscribed from at any time via the link provided in promotional emails.
